Welcome to Save Bear.Org!There may be only once or twice in a lifetime that you find a true friend; a friend that you can trust with your life, your wife and your wallet. A friend that if you called at 2 a.m. in need, he or she would get out of bed and come to your rescue. Known to everyone as "Bear", James Parker Lee is that kind of friend. (and I have tested that 2 a.m. criterion and he did in fact come to my rescue) Bear is a husband, a father and a friend who has always been there, steady as a rock, dependable and sure. Now my friend of 20 years is in need of help himself. Bear has been caught by a silent killer known as hypertension. High blood pressure is a major risk factor for heart disease, congestive heart failure, stroke, impaired vision, and kidney disease. It is called a silent killer, because you can suffer from the devastating effects of it for years with no symptoms until it has wreaked havoc on your body. Bear has recently found out that hypertension has destroyed his renal system. Bear needs a kidney and his family needs your financial help. Please do what you can and as much as you can.
